Usage Information:

1. The red branch indicates the genome that the submitted gene belongs to.

2. The blue branch indicates the genomes that have orthologs of the indicated genes.

3. The number in “<>” after the genome ID indicates the number of genes in the same orthogroup.

4. You can download the list of orthologous genes of the summited gene by clicking the button at the top.
